Called in on a Saterday afternoon Mark was just about to go home but waited moved cars round and let me take the Defender out for a test run. Looked all over the vehicle and it had one small rust spot so didnt make a decision there and then but took all the details. The experience I had with Bourne Valley Autos in Andover was fantastic. With superb customer service from Jack, I was able to get the precise Mercedes S Class car I needed in fantastic condition for a reasonable price. Jack was courteous and didn't pressure me into buying the car like most normal salesman do. I had a stress-free test drive and a simple transaction to complete the deal with a part exchange with my car. I was pleased to leave and thanked Jack for his excellent assistance. I had a quick conversation with the owner, Mark, who was out of the country at the time, and he assured me that I had a 3-month guarantee and should contact them if there were any issues. Stopped in today unannounced to view a car, had a look around it, asked if I could see inside, was given the key and told to have at it, Mark is a great bloke, not pushy, not a stereotypical car salesman who's push with the sale, everything was so easy and straight forward. The car was exactly as advertised. Found one or 2 things I was unsure of and it will all be rectified before collection. Easily the most straight forward hassle free car purchase I've ever made.
