Our second year using Frank Haighton Logs, and another positive experience. Very reliable, delivering lovely clean, dry logs, and huge bags of kindling. You even get a paper receipt telling you exactly what you paid for. The full load is generous in size. Courteous and friendly delivery by Darren (I hope I have remembered your name correctly), who didn't mind being called Frank three times (sorry!).

Ordered double load online just before Christmas. Called to check the order. Lady was so helpful and full of advice. Had log burner for 10 months, small supply to start us off and used another place for initial 2 metres.......not impressed. Took advice, double load delivered on time about 10 days, very professional and helpful driver. Fantastic wood, proper logs, some lovely big logs, nothing small. Had 3 fires now, burn is brilliant. Will never go anywhere else again.

Good seasoned and kiln logs. The delivery and customer service is great too.

We had a delivery of a full load of kiln dried wood just before Christmas. Having used our wood burner for 14 years with seasoned logs, the kiln dried logs are far better. They burn cleaner and we seem to use a lot less with our burner as it is happier running with less airflow than with seasoned logs. We were sceptical at first due to the price difference but in our experience so far, the cost is definitely worth it. This was our first order with Frank Haighton Logs and we cannot fault the service.

I'm really impressed with Frank's seasoned logs. Super quality, extremely dry hardwood logs that burn hot & slow. No spitting. Perfect for my open fire. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Easy ordering & great communication 5⭐

I don't know what is worse; the speed Frank was clocked at driving through a small rural village or how rude and obnoxious he was when called out on it. Disgusting manners from a local business man. I'd avoid at all costs. No integrity and dangerous to local children near roads.

Kiln dried logs - Our third delivery from Frank Haighton. The Kiln dried logs are unbeatable in our open fire - seasoned logs are simply not dry enough. The heat kicked out by the Kiln dried logs makes them worth every penny. We are very happy customers - thanks.

2nd year of using Frank's logs. They are far better than anything I've tried before. We have a small open fire. We bought a full load and they last just over a year - plus we used quite a few on the barbecue to generate real heat and not get blue chemical smoke from briquettes They are dry so they don't hiss and spit. They are hard wood so they burn longer. They are far more economical and practical than any supermarket/petrol station nonsense.

First time user, ordered my logs online and they arrived within a few days, a good sized load, I'm very happy with both the logs and the brilliant service, I would definitely recommend..

Had my first ever delivery from Frank today. The load was much bigger then I expected (struggled to find somewhere to store it all!) and it was obviously well seasoned. I would definitely recommend. One happy and warm customer. Thanks Lee.
